Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Rosterflux platform and website. By using the service, your organisation agrees to them.
The service
Rosterflux provides recruitment, rostering, timesheet, payroll and billing software for on-hire staffing agencies, on a subscription basis.
Accounts and access
Your organisation is responsible for its users, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the data it enters.
Acceptable use
The service must be used lawfully and only for your organisation's own staffing operations. Misuse, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted.
Fees
Fees are as set out in your order or quote. Pricing depends on the modules and scale your agency uses.
Data and confidentiality
Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and protect it as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in your agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
