Is Rosterflux built for Australian awards?
Yes. The award engine interprets Fair Work award rules - penalties, overtime, allowances and casual loading - and pay runs calculate PAYG, super and payroll tax. Award data is loaded today for Aged Care (MA000018) and SCHADS (MA000100). Other awards are being added. It's purpose-built for Australian staffing and labour-hire agencies, not a global tool with an AU bolt-on.
Does it replace our ATS, roster and payroll systems?
That's the point - recruitment, onboarding, rostering, timesheets, payroll and client billing run on one set of data, so there's no exporting or reconciling between an ATS, a payroll tool and spreadsheets.
Where is our data hosted?
Your data is stored in Sydney, Australia, and each agency's data is isolated from every other agency's at the database level. Data residency is a common procurement requirement for healthcare, aged-care and government buyers.
How does pricing work?
You choose the suites you need (Recruit, Operate, Finance), and the Client Portal is part of Operate. Pricing is quoted after a short discovery call, so you only pay for what your agency runs.
What does it integrate with?
Today you can embed your live jobs on your own website with the Rosterflux jobs widget or WordPress plugin, and bring candidates and clients across from your old system by CSV import. Accounting and other integrations aren't available yet - tell us what you run and we'll say where it fits.
