Is Rosterflux built for Australian awards and STP?
Yes. The award and fatigue engine interprets Fair Work award rules, rest breaks and shift patterns as you build the roster, and payroll files STP 2.0. It's purpose-built for Australian health and care staffing, not a global tool with an AU bolt-on.
Does it replace our ATS, roster and payroll systems?
That's the point — recruitment, onboarding, rostering, timesheets, payroll and client billing run on one set of data, so there's no exporting or reconciling between an ATS, a payroll tool and spreadsheets.
Where is our data hosted?
In Australia, on single-tenant architecture, encrypted end to end. Data residency is a common procurement requirement for healthcare, aged-care and government buyers, so everything stays onshore.
How does pricing work?
A per-agency Core floor, then the suites you need: Recruit is priced per recruiter seat, while Operate and Finance are priced per active worker. Agencies that run on referrals never pay recruiter-seat pricing for an ATS they don't use.
